What is Full Size Trading Company?
Full Size Trading Company is an apparel brand focused on bold, comfortable clothing for real people — small, tall, big, full-size, and everyone in between.
We believe clothing should feel good, look good, and include more people.
Are your shirts made to order?
Yes. Many of our products are made after an order is placed.
This allows us to offer more designs, colors, and sizes without keeping large amounts of inventory.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders take 2–7 business days to process before shipping.
After that, shipping usually takes 3–8 business days within the United States.
During busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, orders may take longer.
Why did my items ship separately?
Some items may be printed or shipped from different facilities. If this happens, your order may arrive in more than one package.
Do you offer larger sizes?
Yes, when available. One of our goals is to offer extended sizes whenever possible.
Size availability depends on the product, shirt style, color, and supplier.
Why do some larger sizes cost more?
Larger sizes often cost more to produce. We do our best to keep any price difference fair and reasonable.
We never want customers to feel punished for needing a shirt that fits.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because many items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes, color changes, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include:
* Your order information
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and packaging, if possible
* We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may begin processing quickly after purchase.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us right away. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
How should I wash my shirt?
For best results:
* Wash inside out
* Use cold water
* Tumble dry low or hang dry
* Do not bleach
* Do not iron directly on the design
