Because many of our products are made to order, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-To-Order Products
Most items are printed after an order is placed.
For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Wrong size ordered
* Wrong color ordered
* Change of mind
* Buyer’s remorse
* Accidental orders
* Preference changes after delivery
Please review product details, colors, and sizing before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and work to make it right.
Please include:
* Your order information
* A description of the problem
* Clear photos of the item
* Photos of the packaging, if relevant
Time Limit For Issues
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
Size Exchanges
Because items are made to order, we usually cannot exchange an item if the wrong size was ordered.
Please check the sizing information before placing your order.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be offered when an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Refunds are not guaranteed for made-to-order items unless there is a verified issue with the product.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to cancel.
